Progress Oshkosh is an issue-based, volunteer organization united in four points. The grassroots-effort is driven by the General Membership’s willingness to voice its opinions and contribute resources to the prioritized issues.

The organization is meant to be constantly changing and issue-oriented, with an emphasis on positive change.
